Why I Created These Labs
I created these practice labs for students, practitioners, and anyone curious about improving their conflict resolution skills. Across mediation, negotiation, arbitration, litigation, and restorative justice, the goal is to give people a place to practice difficult conversations, try different approaches, and learn through experience.
These labs are currently a pilot project. I pay the operating costs out of pocket, including the AI usage that powers the simulations and feedback.
Where We Go From Here
My goal is to develop these pilots into a comprehensive collection of conflict resolution tools, practice scenarios, and learning resources for a broad community of users. Reaching that goal requires funding for ongoing AI usage, reliable operation, and continued development.
