Case material, uploads, and messages are sent to OpenAI when you use AI features. This site does not retain original uploads. Provider retention depends on its policies and account settings. Read OpenAI’s Data Policies.
Reviews sent through the Feedback form are saved privately for the site administrator until removed; they do not include your practice transcript. Temporary usage counters contain no conversation or review text.
Avoid real client names, protected records, or other sensitive information. AI responses and assessments can be mistaken. These exercises do not provide legal advice, actual legal decisions, or an official grade.
